| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo aborda la existencia de rupturas en el Mercosur de principios de siglo veintiuno respecto del modelo del «regionalismo abierto». Los elementos considerados versan tanto sobre cuestiones conceptuales y ligadas a los análisis más recientes en materia de integración regional latinoamericana, como del orden de las políticas públicas y actuaciones específicas del Mercosur en los planos económico, productivo y social. A los fines de comprender la presencia de quiebres respecto del momento anterior, el trabajo refiere a tres áreas de la integración regional: la búsqueda de resolución de asimetrías y las políticas de convergencia estructural; el tratamiento de la integración productiva en la agenda de desarrollo regional; y la dimensión social en el Mercosur de comienzos de siglo. | es_VE |
| dc.description.abstract1 | This article deals with the existence of ruptures in the Mercosur in relation to the «open regionalism» model at the beginning of the Twenty One Century. The considered matters are those linked to conceptual issues related to the most recent analyses on Latin American regional integration, as well as those associated to Mercosur’s public policies and specific actions in the economic, productive and social fields. In order to understand the presence of breaks with respect to the previous moment, the work refers to three regional integration areas: the search for asymmetry resolutions and the structural convergence policies; the productive integration treatment within the regional development agenda; and the Mercosur’s social dimension at the beginning of the Century. | es_VE |
