dc.description.abstractEl ensayo presenta una reflexión acerca de instituciones educativas venezolanas, los Liceos Bolivarianos (LB), que deben concebirse como espacios complejos de gestión-aprendizaje-formación en momentos de cambios sociales y educativos en el país. El propósito está orientado a analizar aspectos o componentes de la referida tríada y, más importante aún, a generar inquietudes e interrogantes sobre la gestión escolar y el ejercicio de la función directiva en el contexto de los Liceos Bolivarianos, la promoción de aprendizajes para todos los sectores de participación en la vida institucional y el desarrollo de procesos de formación, particularmente para los docentes con función directiva.es_VE
dc.description.abstract1This paper presents a reflection on educational institutions in Venezuela, the Bolivarian high schools (BHS), which should be understood as a complex space-management-learning-training in times of social and educational changes in the country. The purpose is aimed to analyse aspects or components of that triad and, more importantly, to raise concerns and questions about the school management and the performance of the role in the context of the Bolivarian high schools, promoting learning for all sector of participation in the development of institutional and training processes, particularly for teachers with leadership roles.es_VE
