dc.description.abstractSe pretende fundamentar algunas variables que se pusieron de manifiesto en la relación del líder camerunés y su organización, la Unión de los Pueblos del Camerún (UPC), con la ONU. Nyobè en su condición de líder de la UPC utilizó la tribuna de dicha organización internacional para denunciar al colonialismo francés que administraba el territorio en nombre de las Naciones Unidas, por su estatus jurídico internacional como fideicomiso de esta. Lo cual contribuyó a la radicalización del proyecto nacional en Camerún y del movimiento insurreccional que estalló en 1955 bajo el liderazgo de Nyobè hasta su asesinato en 1958. dc.description.abstract1This article aims to substantiate some of the variables revealed in the relationship between the Cameroonian leader and his organization, the Union of the Peoples of Cameroon (UPC), with the United Nations. Nyobè, as the UPC leader, used the international organization's platform to denounce French colonialism, which administered the territory on behalf of the United Nations due to its international legal status as a UN trust territory. This contributed to the radicalization of the national project in Cameroon and the large insurrectional movement that erupted in 1955 under Nyobè's leadership until his assassination in 1958.es_VE
