Objective:

The study of the electric, acoustic, and thermal properties of binary and ternary semiconductors in low temperatures, from room temperature to the temperature of liquid helium.

Research Interests:

- Semimagnetic semiconductors condensed matter under high densities and compound program temperatures.

- Characterization of lubricants.

- Ultrasonics and transport properties.
