dc.description.abstractLa presente reflexión está referida a los desafíos de las ciudades iberoamericanas en el contexto de la globalización, desarrollo sostenible y Agenda 2030. Se aborda el tema partiendo de la importancia de la ciudad para las sociedades Iberoamericanas, cómo avanzan en el camino de ser inteligentes, resilientes y sostenibles, y también cuál es su comportamiento frente al problema ambiental más importante de este siglo como es el cambio climático. Al final se presenta una proyección sobre los escenarios futuros para 2030 de estas ciudades. Toda esta reflexión está enmarcada en los documentos e informes técnicos de los organismos regionales e internacionales para América Latina, y especialmente en el informe “LA RABIDA” sobre “Cambio climático y desarrollo sostenible en iberoamérica”, primer resultado del Observatorio de Desarrollo Sostenible y Cambio Climático de La Rábida.es_VE
dc.description.abstract1The present reflection refers to the challenges of Ibero-American cities in the context of globalization, sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda. The issue is approached based on the importance of the city for Ibero-American societies, how they advance on the path of being intelligent, resilient and sustainable, and also what is their behavior in the face of the most important environmental problem of this century, such as climate change. In the end, a projection on the future scenarios for 2030 of these cities is presented. All this reflection is framed in the documents and technical reports of the regional and international organizations for Latin America, and especially in the report “LA RABIDA” on “Climate change and sustainable development in Latin America”, the first result of the Observatory of Sustainable Development and Change Climate of La Rabida.es_VE
